SEASONAL SITES AVAILABLE FOR 2025
The campground has been in operation since 1971 and in March 2019 Jason Laubach and his wife Christin purchased the small 30-acre campground with hopes of growing the business and making it a place for all ages to enjoy. Together they rebranded the business to form "Fire Pit Campground, LLC" and purchased the surrounding property to grow the campground from 30-acres to about 120-acres. The campground operates Mid-April to Mid-October and is made up of mostly Seasonal Campers with the exception of a few weekend RV/tent sites for visitors.
We are a family run business, and our top priority is customer service. We want our campers to be able to rest and relax but if you are in the mood for some more upbeat fun, we have that too. Every weekend we host a wide variety of events and activities for both young and old. In the park, you will find a playground for your children to run around and enjoy, a dog park to let your fur babies play, a pavilion that can be rented to host your next get together, 2 ponds for catch and release fishing, and an office with a candy shop where you can stop in for a sweet treat. We have a bathhouse and laundry facility available for use. Our campground also has a creek that runs through the heart of it so grab a tube and enjoy floating down creek. Still not enough, well bring your golf cart or side by side and enjoy riding our wooded trails to see nature's beauty at its finest. So come see what all the fuss is about and stay at Fire Pit Campground, we promise you won't want to leave!!
